I hope you’re all having a lovely day.
Today, I’ll be reviewing the Kleancolor madly matte lip glosses I got recently. I got them in the shades #1626(Root beer) and #1629(Cinnamon).
Each of the 48 gorgeous shades of Madly Matte Lip Gloss provides rich color in a matte finish for all day wear without drying. It goes on as a highly pigmented liquid and dries to a smooth matte finish. Lips are colored in velvety perfection that lasts.
The lipgloss comes in a transparent tube with the usual doe foot applicator. It has a scent that is not so pleasant(you know, that menthol- like smell some hair pomades have). It applies smoothly and feels comfortable on the lips(no tingling or abnormal sensation..lol) After application, it dries with a soft sheen, not matte.
As for pigmentation, these lipglosses are not very pigmented. You need 3-4 layers to get completely opaque lips. They also transfer a lot with eating and drinking(I noticed at the end of the day, I had only a little pigment in the middle of lips).
Another thing I noticed was when I rubbed my lips together, it became sticky(which I didn’t like).
#1626(Root beer) is a deep brown shade.
These lipglosses dry with a sheen. They are not very long-lasting and they transfer quite a lot. I score them a five and a half out of 10.
