I hope you’re all having a good week. I know I am.

A few days ago, a Nigerian makeup company “Nuban Beauty” had a party to celebrate the launch of new products into the market. I got an invite and hell yes, I went!

I first heard about Nuban Beauty about a year ago when they launched their blenders/sponges and the Intense eyeshadow palette. I bought the blending sponge then and it was BOMB! I reviewed it in this post here.

You can imagine how excited I was to hear they were releasing new products.
In this post, I’ll be sharing pictures of their new products(all of which I received in their goody bag; except the brush set), their prices and my thoughts about them.

Let’s dig in!

1. Nuban Beauty Pack of 4 Pro Blending Sponges

This pack consists of their Pro Complexion, Pro Blending sponges and the miniature versions of both sponges. It’s a perfect combination(the 2 bigger ones for people who prefer one shape of sponge to another and the smaller ones for blending hard-to-reach areas of the face). You can check out my thoughts on the Pro Blending sponge here.

Price: N5500

2. Luxury Mink Lashes

I got these in the style “Gee” and I love them. They are flirty, not too long or full and perfect for everyday wear(if you wear lashes on a daily basis).

Price: N5500

3. Mini Lipstick Collection

They launched 4 collections; the Pro Matte 1 and 2, the Pro Gloss and the Pro Metallic, each of which contains 5 mini lipsticks.

I got the Pro Matte 1 Collection which I will be reviewing fully later.

Price: N7500

4. Eyeshadow palettes

There are 2 eyeshadow palettes, Intensified(which is a modified version of their former “Intense” palette and has more neutral colours) and Obsession(which has brighter and more vivid colours). Peep the Nigerian names, yeah?

Price: N13500

5. 30 Piece Luxurious Brush Set

This is a brush set containing 30 of the brushes you use most regularly. The hairs are soft and of good quality. They also come in a cylindrical case which is detachable, as one end can be used as a brush stand.

The set also has a mixing palette and spatula for mixing foundation, which is just ingenious(I don’t have to mix at the back of my hand anymore).

Price: N45000
Mixing spatula and palette alone: N3500

My thoughts

I’m honestly impressed by this brand. Their packaging is lovely and the products are of amazing quality. The products are really “top-notch” and of international standard.

They are also affordable and I think everyone should try out their products.

Let’s #BuyNigerian and invest in our economy!!
