REVIEW: MAYBELLINE MASTER CHROME METALLIC HIGHLIGHTER

Hiya, beauties!

I’ll be reviewing the best of drugstore highlighter of all time, the Maybelline Master chrome highlighter(as Desi Perkins called it, a highend highlighter in a drugstore aisle).

Read on to find out if it lives to its claims.

Product Description

Facestudio® Master Chrome™ Metallic Highlighter effortlessly envelopes the skin in a molten metal sheen.

Meet the secret to brilliant and luminous skin. This highlighter powder drenches skin in a melted metallic finish. Maybelline’s pearl pigments leave a reflective finish for a brilliant glowing skin.

Review

This product comes in a plastic packaging, nothing fancy. The indentation on the surface is a lovely champagne shade.

Upon application, this highlighter is super pigmented and finely milled. It is so pigmented that you might need a light hand when applying this.

It has tiny specks of glitter which are barely visible and don’t sit on the skin or appear chunky like many highlighters do.

It has a beautiful gold shade, which is very reflective and has a lovely sheen to it that makes the highlight look almost “wet”.

This highlighter suits a variety of skin tones, from fair to deep.

Verdict

This is my best highlighter so far. It doesn’t appear streaky, gives a super stunning highlight and is really affordable. It’s totally a BOMB highlighter.

Price: $7.49
